An impact crusher is a crushing machine that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide with other stones distributed around the rotor in an umbrella-like pattern, resulting in high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After mutual striking, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the machine casing, leading to repeated collisions, friction, and crushing, eventually discharged directly from the lower part. This process forms a closed-circuit multiple cycle, with the particle size controlled by screening equipment to meet the required specifications.
